Vera – Creator & Founder of Click Create Share
I am an entrepreneur that started my business in 1996 which grew to 5 retail store locations in Vancouver, BC.
Realizing that I was not the slightest bit fulfilled with my life I chose to sell off and close all 5 locations. My last location sold to a previous employee in May 2007.
I knew that my life as I knew it was changing so I started an online business that was in my mind going to carry my family into the future.
But with a twist, life had other plans.
My precious daughter Victoria at age 15 was diagnosed with cancer in November 2007. This online business that was set up carried us financially while my daughter underwent chemotherapy.
Sadly,my beautiful girl relapsed and after over 2 years Victoria received serious treatment which included a stem cell transplant. All I tell people is that it’s “something else.”
My life was changed forever…
My daughter was deemed cancer free in December 2009, what a day that was! Tears of joy welled up in my eyes as I drove my baby and 4 of her friends home from the hospital that day. Yes, I let her bring her friends to find out if the transplant worked, what a day!
The song … “I’ve Got A Feeling” by the Black Eyed Peas boomed in the van while there was a HUGE down pour of rain during the drive home.
Watching this video it stirs up some serious memories for me. There I was a van full of teenage girls, My mom in the passenger seat and we were all yelling and singing at the top of our lungs. It didn’t matter who saw us, we didn’t care what people thought.
THIS WAS AN AMAZING DAY!
I was bopping along to the music and if I could have done this dance that was in the video, I would have!
I knew it was time to dedicate my life to God’s plans, not my own. I started selling off my entire online business because God has asked of me
2 things…
1) Clear your plate
2) Open your heart
So that’s what I did, I he sold everything off and opened my heart to those around me. This is how Click Create Share was born. My passion to inspire others to live the life they are called to and helping them spread the Good News… one little click at a time.
